Code of Ethics APEU
Association Renewable Fuels and Energy Market Participants of Ukraine, as the voluntary unification of the legal entities non-government and non-profit structure, identified following provisions as the Code of Ethics APEU:

Becoming a member of APEU, the company agrees to:

• Contribute to the maintenance activities within the framework of existing legislation;

• Promote not corrupt business practices;

• To respect the rights of intellectual and other forms of ownership;

• Promote the rules of fair and transparent competition;

• To develop the direction of a constructive relationship with local and central authorities to build a favorable business climate;

• To respect the rights of employees, including but not limited to ensuring healthy and safe working conditions, equal opportunities and training.
